Sara studied Biology in Spain before moving to Berlin to complete her master’s degree at the Freie Universität, where she gained research experience in microbiology. She is now a PhD student in the Dubois Lab, where she investigates ERBB2 co-amplifications and their impact on oncogene regulation and therapeutic response in breast and gastroesophageal cancer. Outside the lab, she enjoys running and finding nice cafés around the city.
